Orban pointed out the harm of sanctions against Russia for Europe
Sanctions against Russia have harmed Europe itself. This was announced on December 21 by Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
"Brussels promised that the sanctions would crush Russia. Instead, they crushed Europe. Energy prices have skyrocketed, competitiveness has collapsed, and Europe is lagging behind," reads a post on X (formerly Twitter).
Orban noted that this is the price of "bad decisions" and called for negotiations.
On the same day, Orban said that the continuation of the Ukrainian conflict is beneficial only to politicians, arms manufacturers and bankers, and its completion will strengthen the country.
