The cause of death of People's Artist of the Russian Federation, theater and film actor, director Vsevolod Shilovsky was cancer. This was reported to TASS on November 26 in his studio theater.

"The cause of Vsevolod Nikolaevich's death is oncology, doctors discovered it in April," the agency's source said.
