"For residents of the regions, not only the cost per square meter is of great importance, but also the developed infrastructure — kindergartens, schools and transport accessibility. The elderly, the poor and the disabled require a special approach through renovation and social hiring programs, taking into account the comfort and accessibility of the environment," Tursynbayev said.

As a solution to the problem, he proposed the development of targeted regional programs that take into account differences in income and living conditions in different regions of the Federation.
