TAC urged Trump to agree to Putin's START Treaty proposal

US President Donald Trump must agree to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin's proposal for a Strategic Offensive Arms treaty. The American Conservative (TAC) magazine wrote about this on November 17.

"Without START III or a new treaty, the United States and Russia may start an arms race in which hundreds of billions of dollars will be spent on universal suicide weapons," the publication says.
