A pensioner from Krasnodar, who pushed an underage girl on the way to the Moscow metro, was arrested for two months. This was reported on November 10 by a correspondent of Izvestia.

"It's hard to explain why I decided to push her," the pensioner said.

It is specified that the woman will stay in jail until January 9. The incident occurred on November 9th. A 64-year-old woman made a remark to a schoolgirl because she was allegedly talking loudly, and then pushed her onto the tracks. The girl's parents managed to pull her onto the platform.

On the same day, the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia reported that in the Moscow metro, a pensioner, while on the platform of the Taganskaya station, pushed a 13-year-old girl on the way. A criminal case has been opened into the incident on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Article 30, Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted murder").
