The specialist recalled that during this period, the braking distance is lengthened, so drivers should make the distance in the stream longer and carefully control the speed limit. According to the expert, summer tires should already be replaced with winter tires by this point, not because of the danger of fines, but because of the safety of the driver and passengers.
