Alikhanov called import-substituting enterprises key to support in the DPR
Companies from the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) in the field of import substitution can count on priority assistance in recovery. This was announced on November 7 by Anton Alikhanov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
"The priority enterprises include the largest production complexes, as well as companies with significant potential in the field of import substitution," the minister said in an interview with the Donetsk News Agency (DAN).
It is necessary not only to restore, but also to modernize import-substituting industries, where high-tech products were previously produced, Alikhanov noted.
Earlier that day, the High-Precision Complexes holding, part of Rostec State Corporation, supplied the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation with regular batches of missiles for Kornet anti-tank systems and Krasnopol-M2 precision artillery shells. It was noted that the system has proven itself positively in battles against Western armored vehicles such as Leopard, Challenger tanks and Bradley infantry fighting vehicles.
