Representatives of the Moscow Office of the Federal Tax Service (UFNS) of the Russian Federation have begun holding events for able-bodied but unemployed residents of the capital who do not reflect their incomes. This was confirmed on November 6 by documents posted on the agency's website.

They cite the words of the Head of this Department, Marina Tretyakova, who, taking part in an expanded Board meeting of her department, also attended by Mayor Sergei Sobyanin and head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia Daniil Egorov, pointed out the urgency of this problem.

"Given the urgency and social significance of the problem of illegal labor relations, the risks it creates in the labor market and possible losses of budget revenues, the issue of measures for "unemployed citizens" will be under constant control," she said at a meeting held on October 30.

In addition, Tretyakova added that the main task of the capital's Federal Tax Service remains the stable provision of revenue to budgets of all levels in accordance with the established parameters of economic development, as well as improving the efficiency of tax administration in all areas of activity.

On October 30, Sobyanin congratulated employees of the Moscow Federal Tax Service on the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the Russian tax authorities. According to him, other countries do not have such technologies that have been developed and implemented by the Russian tax authorities. The mayor thanked the employees of this service for creating a world-class apparatus and presented them with city awards.
