Forecasters predicted clouds and rain in Moscow on November 3

The air temperature in Moscow will range from +8 to +10 degrees during the day. At night, the thermometer will drop to +6 degrees.
In the Moscow region it will be from +5 to +10 degrees during the day, at night the temperature may drop to +3 degrees.
A southerly wind with a speed of 6-11 m/s is expected.
The atmospheric pressure will be 752 mmHg.
Earlier, on November 2, Mikhail Leus, a leading specialist at the Phobos Weather Center, said that on Sunday night, the first frosts of the season below -20 degrees were recorded in a number of northern regions of the European part of Russia.
