The Poseidon is designed to carry a nuclear warhead and is powered by a nuclear reactor that can cross the ocean with virtually unlimited range, making it a "Frankenstein's weapon," the publication says.

The publication emphasizes that the Poseidon, along with the Burevestnik cruise missile, belongs to the Russian "superweapon". The publication notes that Russia positions this complex as a weapon "that will change the rules of the game."
