Pulkovo Airport intends to switch to a domestic personnel management system

Pulkovo Airport intends to introduce a domestic personnel management system based on the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform. According to the public procurement portal, the initial contract price is almost 185 million rubles. This was reported by Delovoy Peterburg on October 31.

Currently, the main tool for personnel accounting, payroll and employee training is the "BOSS–HR Officer" system. However, it runs on Microsoft solutions, which forced the company to consider switching to a Russian platform.

"1C alone fully covers all existing HR business processes of the company and meets the requirements of our internal business customers," said Maria Ermak, HR Director at Northern Capital Air Gate LLC.

The office of Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko told Izvestia on September 18 that the aviation industry was massively switching to domestic software products. At airports, Russian software is used in services that every Russian knows. For example, the CUTE software package, developed by order of Sheremetyevo Airport, is used in the operation of check-in counters and boarding gates.
