On October 30, the Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Tatyana Moskalkova, made a proposal to provide for the possibility of making all the necessary payments for injuries to SVO fighters before their dismissal.

"The law says that those who leave are not being paid fairly. It won't be the same money anymore — they need the money now. Therefore, we would ask you to consider, if possible, that if you remain in the service, but you have been injured and the state has provided you with money for this injury, you should be paid immediately, regardless of the fact that they continued their service," Moskalkova said.

In addition, she added that she considers it right to introduce benefits for those who received a disability during their military service, but decided to continue their service. According to her, a special regime should be developed for them.

On October 27, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on the status of combat veterans and disabled people for volunteer stormtroopers. Veterans and disabled volunteer stormtroopers will receive a monthly cash payment, the amount of which is set by the territorial bodies of the Social Fund of the Russian Federation.
