The Shcherbinsky District Court of Moscow has ordered 15 days of administrative arrest for two participants in a mass brawl in the Prokshino residential complex in the Kommunarka district. This was announced on October 27 by the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the city of Moscow.
"Abdulloev Sharifbek Kudratulloevich and Shunaev Yusuf Suyunovich were found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Minor Hooliganism — Ed.)," the press service's Telegram channel said.
The court continues to consider administrative protocols regarding other participants in the incident that occurred in the capital's residential complex. The sanction of the applied article of the Administrative Code provides for punishment in the form of administrative arrest for up to 15 days.
The fight in Prokshino took place on October 25. The published footage shows how groups of people fought with each other with shovels, road signs, sticks and stones. A criminal case was later opened into the fight.
