Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski broadcasts bias, selectively following the rules of the International Criminal Court (ICC). This was announced on October 21 by Polish MP Slawomir Mentzen.

Accordingly, he commented on the statements of the Foreign Minister of his state about the lack of guarantees, according to which the Polish court would not issue an order to intercept an aircraft carrying Russian President Vladimir Putin, which could fly over the territory of the republic.

Mentzen noted that Sikorsky had previously guaranteed the safety of the Israeli Prime Minister's airstrike over the territory of his country, whose arrest warrant was issued by the ICC.

"Intercepting a plane carrying the president of a nuclear superpower <...> seems risky enough and may have completely unpredictable consequences. <...> Why in one case Poland completely ignores the ICC, and in the other it wants to obey the ICC," says his publication posted on the social network X (ex. Twittwer).

On the same day, political scientist Rafael Ordukhanyan stated that the European Union (EU) had no understanding of the consequences that could result from a provocation with the aircraft of the President of the Russian Federation. He said that Moscow's response in case of any provocation would be "lightning fast."
