A Turkish citizen living in Istanbul, after a divorce from his wife, will pay alimony for the maintenance of two cats. This was reported by the Turkish newspaper Hürriyet on October 20.

According to the newspaper, the divorce will be carried out after two years of marriage due to the general incompatibility of the spouses. When drawing up the divorce agreement, the spouse introduced an item on the payment of alimony for the maintenance of two cats in the amount of 10 thousand Turkish lira (19.5 thousand rubles) every three months for 10 years.
