- The daughter of the leader of the Tsapkov gang caused a drunken accident: the family name from the terrible chronicles is in the news again
The daughter of the leader of the Kushchevskaya organized criminal group, Sergei Tsapka, 25—year-old Anastasia, was deprived of her driver's license for 1 year and 8 months after a drunken accident in the Rostov region. Accelerating to 136 km/h, she rammed into a private house, destroying two rooms. This is not the first violation — the girl has 169 car fines on her account. The story of the Tsapkov family, which once held the entire Kushchevsky district in awe, once again reminded how the heirs of one of the most violent gangs in Russia live. Tsapka's daughter, who caused a drunken accident, has been deprived of her license for almost two years
Anastasia Tsapok, 25, who changed her last name to Odeline Ferrer in 2021, was deprived of her driver's license for 1 year and 8 months and fined 45 thousand rubles for a high-profile road accident in the Rostov region.
According to the investigation, the girl, being intoxicated, accelerated her Mercedes-Benz to 136 km/ h at the allowed 60 km / h and crashed into the private house of 63-year-old Nikolai. The man was inside at the time of the accident. According to him, two rooms were completely destroyed, along with furniture and appliances, and the facade of the building was seriously damaged.
According to Telegram channels, shortly after the incident, Anastasia's mother, Angela—Maria Odelin Ferrer, the widow of the leader of the Kushchevskaya organized crime group, Sergei Tsapk, arrived at the scene. The woman promised the owner of the house to pay for the damage and restore what was destroyed.
It turned out that this is not the first time Anastasia has violated the rules: since 2022, she has received 169 fines in excess of 200 thousand rubles, mainly for speeding.
How Sergey Tsapk's family lives
The name of Sergei Tsapk, the founder of one of the most violent organized crime groups, who was sentenced to life in prison, finally sank into oblivion in 2014: he died in prison. However, his family, which remains at large, continues to attract attention, demonstrating a life completely different from the one that the head of the family has prepared for himself.
After her husband's arrest, his wife, Angela-Maria Odelin Ferrer (Tsapok), took over the reins of the family. She actively immersed herself in the business, focusing on the auto parts trade. As practice shows, she tries to solve the problems that arise in the family.
Daughter Anastasia, in an effort to distance herself from the infamous surname, changed it to her mother's maiden name, Odeline Ferrer, in 2021. She led a lifestyle typical of the "golden youth".
The late criminal leader also has a son, Artyom, whose information has not been publicly disclosed.
And Sergei's mother, Nadezhda Tsapok, worked in the administration of the Kushchevsky district in the 2000s and, according to investigators, helped her son and his people arrange land and property for front persons. She was later convicted of fraud and involvement in financial schemes. She was released in 2021.
Who is Sergey Tsapok?
Sergei Tsapk's name has forever remained in the history of modern Russia as a symbol of impunity, brutality and the fusion of crime with power. The leader of the Kushchevskaya organized crime group, he controlled a large area of the Krasnodar Territory for almost two decades, and his crimes became known throughout the country only after the mass murder in 2010.
Under the guise of agricultural enterprises, Tsapok created an organized criminal group that controlled everything from business and land to law enforcement agencies. In the 2000s, according to the investigation, members of the Tsapka organized crime group participated in dozens of murders and disappearances. But despite complaints from local residents, the cases were closed due to connections in regional structures.
The militants of his group, on Sergei's orders, broke into the house of a local farmer, Server Ametov, who was considered his competitor. They killed 12 people, including women and children, and set the bodies on fire. The horrific crime caused shock throughout the country. After that, the authorities were unable to hush up the case — a large-scale investigation began. Investigators have uncovered a whole network: dozens of murders, torture, extortion, connections with officials and security forces.
In 2013, the Krasnodar Regional Court found him guilty of multiple counts of organizing murders, banditry, kidnapping, extortion, and sentenced him to life in prison.
Tsapok himself pleaded not guilty. And on July 7, 2014, the criminal died in a pre-trial detention center in Krasnodar. The official cause is stroke and acute heart failure. According to doctors, his chronic heart disease worsened.
Members of the Tsapka gang and their fates
Sergei Tsapk's gang kept the residents of the Kushchevsky district of the Krasnodar Territory in fear for almost two decades. Under the guise of farming business and connections in the local government, the group actually controlled the life of a large village. After the disclosure of the "Kushchevsky case" in 2010, dozens of people appeared in the dock — from Tsapk's closest associates to his direct relatives.
In total, more than twenty people were involved in the case of the Kushchevskaya organized criminal group. Six of them received life sentences, the rest received long prison sentences. Several gang members died before the trial or in prison.
The leader's right—hand man, Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz, son—in-law of Sergei Tsapk, was considered the "financial director" of the gang. He oversaw agricultural holdings, farming enterprises, and the cash flows of organized crime groups. It was through him that millions of rubles were squeezed out of local businessmen. The court sentenced Tsepovyaz to 20 years in prison. Later, he found himself in the center of a scandal again when pictures of him eating crabs and kebabs while in the colony got online. After the publicity, Tsepovyaz was transferred to a maximum security prison.
One of the most violent perpetrators of the gang was Igor Chernykh, known by the nickname "Cupid". According to the investigation, he personally participated in torture and murder, including the massacre of the family of farmer Server Ametov. The court sentenced Chernykh to life imprisonment.
Vladimir Alekseev, nicknamed "Lawlessness," and brothers Vladimir and Vyacheslav Bykov received the same sentence — they participated in attacks and "punishments" for those who refused to pay the "tribute" to Tsapk.
Another close associate, Alexei Tyurin, nicknamed "Tyurik", was responsible for the "power unit" of the organized crime group: he organized attacks, raiding and intimidation. He was also sentenced to life in prison.
Some participants received lesser punishments — for example, Sergey Karpenko, who was involved in extortion and transportation of weapons, received 20 years in prison.
The story of the Tsapka gang remains one of the darkest episodes in the modern criminal history of Russia.
