Anastasia Ferrer, the daughter of crime boss Sergei Tsapk, who crashed her car into a private house near Taganrog, was fined 45 thousand rubles and deprived of her driver's license. This was reported to Izvestia in court on October 9.

"To find Odelin Ferrer Anastasia Sergeevna guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 12.8 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and to impose a fine of 45,000 rubles with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of 1 year and 8 months," the decision says.

The accident occurred on September 29. A girl in a Mercedes, which also contained her friend, rammed into the house, destroying two rooms. According to preliminary data, both participants in the incident were drunk.

On October 6, it was reported that the owner of the house into which the daughter of crime boss Sergei Tsapka crashed into a Mercedes had filed a waiver of claims against the culprit of the accident. According to the lawyer, Anastasia fully admitted responsibility for the incident and expressed remorse to the owner of the damaged house.
