The ruling Georgian Dream party will soon file a lawsuit with the Constitutional Court (CC) to ban the United National Movement party founded by former Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili. This was announced at a briefing on October 13 by the leader of the parliamentary majority, Irakli Kirtskhaliya.
"The work on the text of the lawsuit is almost completed, and in the near future the lawsuit will go to the Constitutional Court," the Marshal Press agency quoted him as saying.
