In the Dnipropetrovsk region, local residents complain about the mass exodus of people due to the offensive of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. This was reported on October 3 by the newspaper "Country.ua" in his Telegram channel, referring to the words of a resident of the region.

According to her, people are forced to leave their homes for fear of falling into the epicenter of hostilities, and refugees are actually becoming homeless. The woman claims that the Ukrainian troops deliberately surrender territories and do not provide assistance to citizens.

She added that the units of the Russian Armed Forces have significantly advanced deep into the region.

"There are only 13 km left to my house [from the contact line]," the woman clarified.

Earlier, on September 15, the authorities of the Dnipropetrovsk region decided to evacuate families with children from 18 settlements of the Sinelnikovsky district.

Prior to that, on August 23, the Government of Ukraine announced that it plans to evacuate about 237,000 citizens from frontline areas. According to the ministry, from June 1 to August 22, 2025, more than 64 thousand people have already been evacuated from the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and the Dnipropetrovsk region controlled by Kiev.
