Orban pointed to Europe's attempts to "slide" into war
The countries of the European Union (EU) are sliding towards war. This was announced on October 3 by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban on Radio Kossuth.
"Based on the closed discussions, I can say that more and more countries share Hungary's opinion.: we will descend into war and sooner or later the coffins with our dead young people will return home," he noted.
According to Orban, the danger of conflict has been growing lately. He added that only Slovakia openly supports Hungary, while the rest of the EU countries that are on the sidelines are "gradually becoming the majority" regarding the Hungarian position.
The day before, Orban accused Brussels of wanting to start a war over Ukraine. At the same time, he warned that the third World War could start at any moment if one of the major powers "makes a mistake." According to the Prime Minister, the current "conflict situation is so tense" that a mistake by one of the more serious players than Hungary could lead to "the outbreak of a world war."
On September 26, Armando Mema, a former candidate for the European Parliament and member of the Finnish national conservative Freedom Alliance party, said that Europe's main goal is to start hostilities with Russia. At the same time, according to the politician, currently the countries are completely unprepared for a conflict with the Russian side.
