A danger regime for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) has been declared in the Penza Region. This was announced on September 28 by the governor of the region Oleg Melnichenko.
"The "Unmanned danger" regime has been introduced in the Penza Region," he said in a message on his Telegram channel.
The governor clarified that the operation of the mobile Internet was limited in the region to ensure security.
On September 27, Melnichenko announced the introduction of the "Carpet" plan in the Penza region over several districts. The plan was introduced due to the threat of a UAV attack.
