- Russian Railways reported that there was no impact of the emergency on the Far Eastern Railway on train traffic
On September 20, the Russian Railways transport company (RZD) reported that train traffic on the Far Eastern Railway (Far Eastern Railway) was not disrupted, despite the incident on the Belenkaya – Fedoseyev stage in the Amur Region.
It is also noted that as a result of the incident, two people were killed and six injured.
At the moment, a recovery train is involved to eliminate the consequences of the incident.
The derailment of two wagons and a laying crane during railway work in the Amur region became known earlier that day. A criminal case was opened on this fact under Part 3 of Article 143 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of labor protection requirements that negligently resulted in the death of two or more persons"). After the incident, an emergency mode was introduced in the Tynda district.
