Putin awarded Tishman and Andreeva the titles of Honored Artists of Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded the title of Honored Artists of the Russian Federation to ballerina Lyubov Andreeva and singer Mark Tishman. The corresponding decree of the head of state was published on the official Internet portal of legal information on September 17.

"To award honorary titles to Lyubov Vadimovna Andreeva, a ballet dancer at the Boris Eifman Academic Ballet Theater of the St. Petersburg State Budgetary Cultural Institution," the document says..

Singer Mark Tishman, known for the 2007 TV project Star Factory, is named in the decree as a vocalist for the Foundation for Social and Cultural Initiatives from Moscow.
