Reuters reported on the growing popularity of military training camps in Poland from 2022

Polish citizens have been twice as likely to attend military training since 2022. This was reported on September 13 by the Reuters news agency.

"Thousands of Poles <...> are signing up for voluntary military training, as the Polish army seeks to replenish its ranks with professional and voluntary personnel," the article says.

According to the publication, the concern of Poles increased after the incident with drones (UAVs) in the airspace of the republic.

Warsaw's reaction to the Defense Ministry's proposal to hold consultations did not follow, Peskov announced a pause in negotiations with Kiev.

Earlier, on September 11, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova accused Poland of justifying a policy of further escalation of tension in Europe. According to her, Warsaw's unilateral measures will cause serious damage to international partners. Zakharova also called on the authorities of the republic to think about the consequences of closing the border with Belarus.
