Nutritionist Natalia Pavlyuk said on August 5 that alcohol not only destroys the body, but also contains a large number of calories. According to her, dry wine can be considered the safest among alcoholic beverages. The expert noted that dry wine has less sugar and calories than other alcoholic beverages. In addition, it contains antioxidants, in particular resveratrol. Nevertheless, Pavlyuk, in an interview with Radio 1, stressed that from the point of view of health, it is better to completely abandon alcohol consumption, since it does not bring benefits.
