Banksy's identity may be revealed due to his graffiti on the courthouse.
London police will launch an investigation into the famous street artist Banksy because of graffiti on the courthouse. This was reported by The Daily Telegraph on September 8.
"The Metropolitan Police has said it is investigating graffiti at the Royal Court building in London as a potential 'criminal offence,'" the material says.
It clarifies that in the event of a trial, Banksy will probably have to disclose his first and last name, the newspaper notes. The UK Courts and Tribunals Service said the graffiti would be removed because the Royal Court building is an object of architectural and historical value.
As reported by Gazeta. On September 8, Banksy unveiled a new graffiti depicting a judge beating a protester with a hammer. The work came shortly after the arrests of nearly 900 people at a protest in London against the ban on Palestinian demonstrations.
Earlier, on May 29, Banksy presented his work, but hid the place where it is located. The photos posted on Instagram (owned by the recognized extremist Meta company, its activities are prohibited in the Russian Federation) by the artist depicted a lighthouse on a beige wall, as well as the caption: "I want to be what you see in me."
