An army aviation crew on a Mi-28NM helicopter struck the manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) located in a wooded area in the area of responsibility of the North group of forces. This was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry on August 30.

The ministry clarified that the strike was carried out by aircraft missiles at enemy reconnaissance targets. After using aviation weapons, the crew performed an anti-missile maneuver, released heat traps and returned to the departure area.
