In the first decade of September this year, a positive weather anomaly can be expected in the central part of Russia. Alexander Shuvalov, head of the Meteo forecasting center, told about this on Tuesday, August 26.

"In September last year, average daily temperature records were set in both Moscow and St. Petersburg. It was a record warm month. I must say right away that this year there will be no such thing," he said in an interview with RT.

According to the forecaster, the weather will be warm in the first 10 days of September, and then the wave-like development of atmospheric processes will lead to the second ten days returning to normal.

"And by the end of the month, the weather will go below the climatic norm," said Shuvalov.
