A man was killed when he hit an explosive device in the Bryansk region.

In the village of Kirillovka, Klimovsky district, a moped with two civilians ran over an explosive device dropped from a Ukrainian drone, resulting in the death of a man. This was announced on August 23 by the governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, in the Telegram channel.

It is specified that the second passenger of the motorcycle, a teenager born in 2008, received mine-blast wounds to his legs. According to the head of the region, he was taken to a regional hospital.

"All necessary support and financial assistance will be provided," Bogomaz said.

Earlier, on August 22, in the Kursk region, three employees of an agricultural enterprise were injured during the detonation of an explosive device of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). It was clarified that the incident occurred during potato sorting in the village of Kolpino, Korenevsky district. All the victims were hospitalized with various wounds.
