A civilian was killed as a result of a drone strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the village of Repyakhovka in the Belgorod region. This was announced on August 23 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"In the village of Repyakhovka, a civilian was killed as a result of a targeted strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces using an FPV drone. The man died on the spot from his injuries," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

The head of the region added that a civilian car was blown up by an explosive device near the village. The man who was driving got a leg injury.

Gladkov was informed on August 21 that two residents of Grayvorona were injured as a result of an attack by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Belgorod region. According to him, one drone attacked the roof of an apartment building, as a result of the detonation, the man received a mine-explosive injury and barotrauma. In addition, another man suffered barotrauma after another UAV attacked a truck.
