Kaluga-built Tenet T7 crossover goes on sale in Russia

Tenet has announced the launch of sales of the T7 crossover in Russia. The model for the brand has become its debut, it is available in two trim levels at a price of 2.68 million and 2.88 million rubles, respectively. This is stated in the message of Tenet Rus, which was received by Izvestia on August 21.

The Tenet T7 is equipped with a 1.6 turbo engine with 150 hp combined with a 7-speed robotic transmission. Front-wheel drive. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 9.7 seconds, with a top speed of 190 km/h. The length of the car is 4553 mm with a wheelbase of 2760 mm.

In the launch version, the Tenet T7 is equipped with 18-inch wheels, diode headlights, a camera and rear parking sensors, and four airbags. There is a full "winter" package, dual-zone climate control, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, six music speakers and other options. The cabin has a digital unit with two 12.3-inch screens. The interior is black, and the ceiling is white.

In the more expensive version, the ceiling is finished in black. The equipment is complemented by an all-round viewing system, a panoramic roof with a sunroof, and wireless charging. Wireless smartphone charging, eight music speakers, atmospheric interior lighting, front fog lights, electric front seat adjustments and other functions are included.

Full-cycle production of Tenet cars started at the Kaluga plant AGR Holding (formerly Volkswagen) in August. The Tenet brand was created specifically for the Russian market. The models are based on the Chery platform.
