Four children were injured as a result of the dropping of an explosive object from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to Horlivka in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was announced on August 12 by the mayor of the city, Ivan Prikhodko.

"As a result of the dropping of an explosive object from a Ukrainian terrorist UAV in the residential area of Stroitel (Nikitovsky district of Gorlovka), four children were injured <...>," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

Prikhodko added that the minors suffered moderate injuries.

The day before, Prikhodko said that as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack on Horlivka, two emergency medical personnel were killed and another was injured. It was clarified that the ambulance driver is in serious condition.
