A civilian was injured in an attack by an APU drone in the Kursk region
A civilian was injured as a result of a drone strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the village of Zaoleshenka in the Sudzhansky district of the Kursk region. This was announced on August 12 by the acting governor of the region, Alexander Khinshtein.
"According to preliminary information, an enemy FPV drone attacked a private house in the village of Zaoleshenka, Sudzha district, last night," he wrote on the Telegram channel.
According to the head of the region, a 45-year-old man was injured. He was diagnosed with traumatic brain injury and mine explosion injury, injuries to his head, neck, chest, arms and legs. He is undergoing treatment at the Kursk Regional Hospital.
Earlier in the day, the governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, reported that a civilian was injured as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. According to him, the man was injured as a result of the dropping of ammunition from Ukrainian Baba Yaga drones on residential buildings in the city of Radensk.
