Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order according to which over 9 billion rubles will be allocated for payments to the children of Russian servicemen who died or went missing in the defense of Donbass. The relevant document was published on the official Internet portal of legal information on August 11.
"In the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 29, 2025 No.145-p, the figures are "3.6" (calculated in thousands. — Ed.) replace the numbers with "9.3," the published text says.
These amendments were made to the order dated January 29, 2025, which provided for 3.6 billion monthly social monthly payments to children of military personnel belonging to a separate category of military personnel.
On July 31, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law according to which participants in a special military operation (SVO) and Donbas volunteers are entitled to receive two pensions. In addition, according to this document, the right of the heirs of deceased participants in military operations to pay pension savings after the expiration of the established period is established without the need to restore it in court.
