"It is obvious that even if Europe remains steadfast in its diplomatic position, it will not have the strength to support Kiev in negotiations on favorable terms for a future peace agreement or ensure compliance with the ceasefire," the article says.

According to experts, 600,000 troops are needed to maintain peace on the vast front line. Currently, only the United Kingdom and France are ready to allocate a certain number of military personnel. Poland, Spain and Italy, in turn, "made it clear" that they would not send soldiers.

At the same time, it is clarified that a significant part of European aid goes to finance the purchase of American weapons, which underlines the continent's dependence on the United States.
