In the Tver region, two children were injured in a collision between a boat and an inflatable boat in the Selizharovsky municipal district. This was reported on July 31 in the press service of the Western Interregional Directorate of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation on Transport.

According to the investigation, the incident occurred on July 30 in the channel of the Polonovka River. At the time of the collision, there was a man with two minor children in an inflatable rubber boat.

"As a result of the collision, minors with injuries of varying severity were hospitalized in a medical facility, where they receive the necessary assistance," the message on the VKontakte social network says.

In addition, the collision provides for liability under Part 1.1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of the rules of traffic safety and operation of water transport by a person operating a small vessel, which negligently caused serious harm to human health").

It is noted that investigative measures are currently being carried out at the scene to determine the causes of the incident.

On July 15, the ship Ark collided with a pleasure boat on the Kryukov Canal in St. Petersburg. It was clarified that no one was injured during the incident. A pre-investigation check was also organized.
