Teenagers fired at a transport security officer with a pneumatic gun in Moscow
Teenagers fired an air pistol at a transport security officer at the Matveevskaya station of the Kiev direction of the Moscow Railway. This was announced on July 26 by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk.
"During the operational search activities by the operatives of the criminal investigation department <...> two minors involved in the above—mentioned offense have been identified, both born in 2010," Wolf wrote on her Telegram channel.
It is specified that the victim was hospitalized, and the teenagers were taken to the investigative authorities, accompanied by legal representatives.
The South-Western Investigative Department for Transport of the Western Interregional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia has opened a criminal case under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism committed with the use of weapons").
As specified in the Telegram channel of the department, the teenager, while at the Matveevskaya MCD-4 railway station, fired at least three shots into the torso area of the inspector of the rapid response group. After the attack, he fled the scene.
On July 8, it was reported that in the city of Nakhodka, Primorsky Krai, a 14-year-old teenager shot a 13-year-old peer in the eye with an air pistol. The victim received medical assistance. A criminal case has been opened under paragraph "h" of Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional infliction of serious harm to health with the use of weapons").
