Four people died in a fire in the Kemerovo region.
A fire in the town of Belovo in the Kemerovo region killed four people, including two children. This was announced on Saturday, July 26, by the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
"While extinguishing a fire in a house on Volkova Street in the city of Belovo, the bodies of a man and a woman, as well as two young children, aged six and ten, were found," the report says.
A criminal case was opened into the incident under Part 3 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence"). According to preliminary data, the cause of the fire was an emergency operation of the power grid.
On the same day, it was reported that four people, including three children, died as a result of a fire that occurred in a private house on Samorodnaya Street in Yekaterinburg. In addition, a woman was also injured in the incident, she was taken to the hospital with multiple rib fractures and a suspected spinal fracture.
