The court in Moscow appointed the deputy head of Khimki Zhdankina house arrest
The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow imposed a preventive measure for Irina Zhdankina, deputy head of the Khimki City District for territorial development and investments, in the form of house arrest. This was announced on July 25 in the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital in the Telegram channel.
It is noted that the defendant is charged in the case of receiving a particularly large bribe provided for under Part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
Zhdankina will be under house arrest for two months.
On July 24, Zhdankina was detained. The Khimki administration was also searched. In addition, a criminal case was opened against the deputy mayor of the city and the head of the investment department, Yevgeny Yanchenko.
