A criminal case has been opened against an employee of the plant on Kurchatov Street in St. Petersburg, who shot two colleagues with an arrow at the entrance of the enterprise. This was reported on July 23 in the press service of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the city.

"A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Article 30, paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted murder of two persons")," the department's Telegram channel says.

It is noted that the man was detained and taken to the investigative department. The causes and circumstances of the incident are being established.

Earlier that day, a source from Izvestia reported that in the Vyborg district of St. Petersburg, a 39-year-old man broke into a factory entrance, clashed with an employee and shot her twice with an arrow. After that, he fired three arrows at another employee of the company. Both women are in serious condition.
