Barack and Michelle Obama commented on the rumors about their divorce

Former US President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama on July 16 commented on rumors of a possible divorce.

Rumors of a rift in the family of the former president arose due to the fact that he appeared at some events without his wife. In particular, it was the funeral of former President Jimmy Carter and the second inauguration of President Donald Trump.

"When we appear in public separately, people think we're divorced," the ex—president's wife said during Craig Robertson's podcast.

Michelle stressed that she had never thought about divorcing her husband, despite the fact that they had had difficult times. She noted that their marriage was filled with many adventures and she is grateful to her husband for the kind of person she has become.
