A woman was injured in the shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Belgorod region.

A woman was injured as a result of shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, Belgorod region. This was announced on July 16 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"The self—defense fighters took out the victim in serious condition with an open fracture of the right hip and a penetrating wound to the chest and handed her over to the ambulance team," Gladkov wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to the governor, the woman is receiving all the necessary medical care. In addition, a private house was damaged.
