An earthquake of magnitude 5.5 occurred off the Philippine Islands in the Pacific Ocean. This was announced on July 15 by the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC).

On July 13, an earthquake of magnitude 5.3 occurred in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Vanuatu. A seismic event was recorded 45 km south of Port Vila, the capital of Vanuatu, with a population of about 50 thousand people. It was specified that the hearth lay at a depth of 10 km.
