Two civilians, including a two-year-old child, were injured in an attack by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Belgorod region. This was announced on Monday, July 14, by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"Two civilians, including a child, were injured in the Shebekinsky district," Gladkov wrote on his Telegram channel.

In the Shebekinsky central district hospital, the child was diagnosed with a mine explosion injury, barotrauma and abrasions of the temporoparietal region. For further treatment, the ambulance team takes him to the children's regional clinical hospital.

Gladkov clarified that a man who had been injured earlier that day in a drone attack on a passenger car in the city of Shebekino had contacted the Shebekino CRH. According to the governor, the victim with barotrauma is being taken to the Belgorod city hospital for further examination.

Earlier in the day, five people were injured as a result of the detonation of an APU drone in Shebekino, Belgorod region. All the victims refused to be hospitalized, and medical assistance was provided to them.
