The number of Dagestan residents poisoned by water has increased to 450 people. This was announced on July 14 by the press service of the Ministry of Health of the republic.

"A total of 450 cases of intestinal infection have been registered, 422 of which are children," reads a message posted on the Telegram channel.

According to the agency, 109 patients have already been discharged from the hospital. At the same time, another 30 people, 24 of them, are still receiving inpatient treatment.

It is specified that no serious cases of the disease have been identified. Doctors are doing everything possible to localize the outbreak of the disease.
