Israel reported on the elimination of a Lebanese militant

The Israeli Air Force eliminated the Lebanese militant Muhammad Shoaib in the area of Nmairia. This was announced on July 11 by the press service of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

"Earlier today (Friday), based on accurate intelligence received from the IDF and the ISA, the Israeli Air Force struck and eliminated Lebanese agent Muhammad Shoaib in the area of Nmairia," the Telegram channel said.

It is specified that he took part in the preparation of terrorist acts against the Israeli population and was involved in arms smuggling from Iran to various parts of northern Israel. Shoaib maintained contacts with arms dealers in Syria and Lebanon, the press service said.

The IDF stressed that the army and the ISA will continue to act in order to prevent any threat to the safety of the Israeli civilian population.
