Israel has killed six high-ranking commanders from the military special forces unit of the radical Palestinian movement Hamas. This was announced on Friday, July 11, by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
"The destroyed terrorists planned terrorist attacks at sea against the Israeli civilian population and security forces," the IDF added on its Telegram channel.
The report clarified that these Hamas commanders were killed within a few months.
On June 28, Israel eliminated Hassan Muhammad Hammoudi, commander of the Shiite Hezbollah movement responsible for anti-tank rocket launchers, in the Kunin region of southern Lebanon. It was clarified that during the conflict Hammoudi directed numerous attacks of such projectiles on Israeli territory.
