A man died due to the detonation of an explosive device in the Belgorod region.

In the village of Kolotilovsky, Belgorod region, a civilian was killed and two others were injured as a result of the detonation of an explosive device. This was announced on July 9 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"An explosive device detonated in Kolotilovsky farm during hay harvesting. One person was killed and two were injured," Gladkov wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, the victims, a 17-year-old teenager and a man, were hospitalized. He added that the teenager was diagnosed with an abdominal injury, and the man with a mine—blast injury. Both victims received the necessary medical care.

Gladkov also noted that agricultural machinery was damaged by the detonation.

The day before, Gladkov reported that a civilian was injured in the Borisovsky district of the Belgorod region as a result of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). It was noted that the victim was taken to the Belgorod city hospital. In addition, 10 vehicles were also damaged.
