Roman Kostenko, secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, said on July 3 that the suspension of arms supplies to Kiev by the United States was like an "attack" on Ukraine. According to him, free military assistance from Trump, which was provided by former US President Joe Biden to Kiev, cannot be expected.
