A woman was injured due to the detonation of an APU drone in the Belgorod region

A woman was injured as a result of the detonation of a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) at a store in the Belgorod region. This was announced on July 1 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"In the village of Oktyabrsky, Belgorod region, an APU drone detonated near a commercial facility. A civilian was injured," Gladkov wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, the woman was hospitalized with a closed traumatic brain injury. She is currently receiving all the necessary medical care.

Gladkov added that the detonation of the Ukrainian drone damaged the glazing and facade of the store building.

Earlier that day, Alexander Khinshtein, acting governor of the Kursk region, reported that a civilian was killed in the village of Glushkovo as a result of an attack by an APU drone on a car. He clarified that the relatives of the deceased man will receive the necessary assistance.
